While we may occasionally take photos of your home for documentation purposes, rest assured that these will never be shared or released without your explicit consent."

NON-COMPETE POLICY
By engaging DearMaids Services, you agree not to hire or attempt to hire any employees introduced to you by DearMaids Home Services for any home-related service. Our technicians prioritize their safety and privacy and do not provide their personal contact information. Any client found attempting to solicit our technicians will be subject to a fee of $2500 for damages.
TIPPING
While tipping is always welcome and appreciated, it is never expected. If a tip is included on an invoice, rest assured that 100% of it will be passed on to the employee it was intended for
SEVERE WEATHER CONDITION
While we make every effort to honor scheduled appointments, we prioritize the safety of our employees. In cases of severe weather, we will assess each situation individually. If rescheduling is necessary, we will promptly contact you to arrange a new appointment."
DAMAGES/ACCIDENTS
If we are responsible for damage or breakage of an object while in your home, we will promptly notify you and make every effort to repair, replace, or reimburse you for the damages incurred. We kindly request that any valuables or irreplaceable items are safely stored away prior to our arrival. While we take precautions to avoid damage, accidents can happen. We would regret causing harm to items of sentimental value or those that cannot be replaced.Please note that we will not assume responsibility for items that are not properly secured, such as mirrors not attached to the wall or unsecured pictures."
